4. Programs, Courses & Membership
Our workshops and programs (including the DNA Repattern Workshop, Navel Activation Program, Voice Scan Program, Nada Yoga Workshop, and Arjuna Focus programs) may be delivered on our website or through our course platform at wellnessvibecourses.com. Event and workshop registrations may be processed through ws.wellnessvibe.com. DNA Warrior Community is an ongoing membership offered on Annual or Lifetime plans, as described at the time of joining — membership benefits, pricing and renewal terms are as stated on the enrolment page at the time you join.
5. Physical Products, Shipping & Delivery
Some of our products, such as the Sound Therapy Bundle, include a physical item (MP3 player) shipped to your address. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout — Wellness Vibe LLP is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
6. Enrolment & Payments
Program, course, and product fees must be paid in full (or as per the agreed instalment plan) before access or shipment is granted. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, or through our course platform’s own checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be raised within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Digital programs and course access, once granted, may not be eligible for refund except as stated at enrolment. Physical products may be eligible for return or exchange if received damaged or defective — contact us within a reasonable time of delivery. Please refer to the specific refund policy shared during enrolment or checkout for your program or product.
