The Yoga of Sound.
The Path From Sound to Silence.

Nada Yoga is the ancient yogic science of using sound and deep listening to move from the sounds around you, to the subtler sounds within — and ultimately toward inner stillness.

What Is Nada Yoga?

The Science of Sound.
The Path to your Inner Self.

Nada Yoga is the yogic practice of using sound and listening as a path toward deeper awareness.

It begins with Aahata Nada — external sound created by instruments, voices, nature and the world around us. As listening becomes subtler, awareness moves toward Anahata Nada — the inner, unstruck sound experienced within. Beyond both lies Nishabda — pure silence.

The Signature Journey

From Outer Sound.
To Inner Sound. To Silence.

Aahata Nada (Outer Sound)

Sound produced by physical sources and heard through the ears.

Anahata Nada (Inner Sound)

Subtle, unstruck sound arising within — not produced by an external object.

Nishabda (Silence)

Listening deeply means being fully present - to others and to yourself for better results.

Ready to begin?

Not sure where to start? Whether you are new to wellness or looking to deepen your practice, I am here to guide you.

No prior experience is needed. Nada Yoga is taught step by step, and the practices are accessible whether you are completely new to sound-based meditation or already have an established practice.

If you miss a live session, a recording is made available so you can catch up in your own time and stay on track with the rest of the workshop.

Nada Yoga focuses specifically on sound and listening as a path to inner awareness, using structured practices around outer sound, inner sound and silence rather than a general wellness curriculum.

You can pay securely online at the time of registration. If your plans change, reach out to our support team and we will guide you through the cancellation and refund process.

Nada Yoga uses sound as an anchor, which many people find easier to stay with than silent meditation alone. The structured, guided approach helps you build the skill gradually instead of expecting stillness right away.
